Our FOUNDER
Maru was founded by experienced recruiter, Hannah Ford
I was passionate about creating a recruitment business that questioned the status quo, creating long term value, rather than just ‘put bums on seats’. I felt that recruitment had become too transactional and tended to cover only the ‘straight line’ part of hiring.
Maru means ‘circle’ because our process thinks and acts ‘in the round’. We believe it is not only about finding talent – it’s about helping your organisation succeed.
As part of UK recruitment entrepreneur programme created by Mike Beesley and Keith Dawe, and our unique partnership with online platform The HR World, Maru aims to be in a position to effect real change in the world of work for the long term.
