We will not charge our full fee until our candidate has completed three months in their new role. This is because we believe it is still our job to ensure the hire is a success – even when they are in the job.
NO PERCENTAGE CUTS: Unlike the VAST majority of agencies, we work to a fixed fee charging model. We could talk a lot more about why, but it’s basically common sense.
We know every assignment is different and will require a unique approach. We believe in relationships and our network is always evolving. With new technologies and skills being required all the time, we need to find talent which may be located in less obvious places.
