Stage 1

Get us to write the job description for you. We will ensure that the job description is fit for purpose and it will not discriminate. We will produce a document that can be used for recruitment, onboarding, and career development.

We provide vacancy videos to help streamline and enhance your hiring process, offering a more dynamic and engaging way to attract top talent.
As well as helping you get the best candidates vacancy videos can also shorten the hiring cycle, as they give candidates a clearer understanding of the job and your brand, making it easier to find the right fit quickly and efficiently.

Our goal for this process is for it to be as transparent, smooth, and as comprehensive as possible.

Shortlisting
We will thoroughly screen all candidates before sending them to you in the form of a shortlist. We will never send you more that 5 CVs for each vacancy unless requested otherwise.

Selection
Ensuring you only see the best candidates for the role.
We are passionate about ensuring both parties feel positive and engaged so that the partnership is set up for success.
Step 7
Video candidate profiles
We can create profiles for each candidate, where we can preset one, or several, questions which they then answer on video.

Video interviews

Applicant Tracking System
Using our video platform, we can create a unique portal where you will have access to review the interviews and/or profiles as soon as they are uploaded.
