Stage 1

Hiring

Step 1

Full briefing

It is essential we have the opportunity to speak to the Hiring Manager in detail in order to bring the role to life, and to understand who is best suited to this opportunity.

Step 2

Produce a vacancy video

We have the capability to produce a video profile for each vacancy. Did you know, viewers retain 95% of a message delivered via video compared to 10% when reading in text?

Step 3

Job descriptions

Get us to write the job description for you. We will ensure that the job description is fit for purpose and it will not discriminate. We will produce a document that can be used for recruitment, onboarding, and career development.

Vacancy videos

We provide vacancy videos to help streamline and enhance your hiring process, offering a more dynamic and engaging way to attract top talent.

As well as helping you get the best candidates vacancy videos can also shorten the hiring cycle, as they give candidates a clearer understanding of the job and your brand, making it easier to find the right fit quickly and efficiently.

Networking

Our network is extensive, so we will always start here to see if we know anyone who may be suitable for the opportunity.

Step 5

Headhunting

We will also headhunt the best candidates for each role using LinkedIn, as well as asking our network for referrals.

Step 6

Shortlisting

We will thoroughly screen all candidates before sending them to you in the form of a shortlist. We will never send you more that 5 CVs for each vacancy unless requested otherwise.

Stage 3

Selection

Ensuring you only see the best candidates for the role.

We are passionate about ensuring both parties feel positive and engaged so that the partnership is set up for success.

Step 7

Video candidate profiles

We can create profiles for each candidate, where we can preset one, or several, questions which they then answer on video.

Step 8

Video interviews

Bespoke video interviews on average, reduce the interview to placement ratio by 66%, decreasing the number of interviews an employer undertakes. We can perform this stage for you saving you precious time and resources.

Applicant Tracking System

Using our video platform, we can create a unique portal where you will have access to review the interviews and/or profiles as soon as they are uploaded.
